Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

**Job Summary** We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Infrastructure Specialist to support and maintain enterprise infrastructure environments across both cloud and on\-premises platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands\-on experience with **Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)** , **Oracle Linux Virtualization Manager (OLVM)** , virtualization technologies, networking, firewalls, and load balancers. The role involves supporting critical business applications, participating in troubleshooting and migration activities, managing infrastructure access, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high availability and operational excellence. **Key Responsibilities** * Support day\-to\-day operations of business\-critical applications and infrastructure platforms, including IMPACT and Edge Catalyst environments. * Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot infrastructure components across Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle OLVM on\-premises environments. * Participate in incident resolution, root cause analysis, and technical troubleshooting sessions. * Review, validate, and support documentation related to deployment, migration, and Go\-Live activities. * Provide infrastructure access support, including VPN connectivity and server access management. * Onboard and manage servers within Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions. * Support infrastructure migration initiatives, including the phased transition from HA Proxy to F5 Load Balancer. * Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth infrastructure operations and project execution. * Evaluate and recommend storage optimization strategies to improve system performance and resource utilization. * Support backup and disaster recovery initiatives, including proof\-of\-concept (POC) activities for Commvault solutions. * Ensure infrastructure availability, security, and compliance with organizational standards and best practices. * Maintain accurate technical documentation and operational procedures. **Job Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. * Proven experience in infrastructure operations, systems administration, or infrastructure support roles. * Hands\-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle Linux Virtualization Manager (OLVM). * Strong understanding of virtualization technologies and infrastructure management. * Working knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, routing, switching, and VPN technologies. * Familiarity with firewall administration and security best practices. * Experience supporting load balancing technologies such as F5 Load Balancer and HA Proxy. * Experience with server onboarding and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions. * Knowledge of storage management and optimization techniques. * Familiarity with backup and recovery solutions, preferably Commvault. * Ability to troubleshoot infrastructure issues across cloud and on\-premises environments. **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of RODOD concepts and operational frameworks is an added advantage. * Experience working in hybrid cloud environments. * Relevant certifications in OCI, virtualization, networking, or infrastructure technologies are preferred. * Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills. * Ability to work effectively with cross\-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
