Not even close. **Role:** Cloud Engineer **Location:** Remote **Role Overview:** We are hiring a Cloud Engineer to design, deploy, and manage cloud\-native infrastructure that powers Joveo's global platform. You will build resilient, scalable, and cost\-optimized cloud systems — ensuring our infrastructure grows with the business without compromising performance or reliability. **Key Responsibilities:** \- Architect and deploy cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, or Azure \- Implement infrastructure\-as\-code using Terraform or similar tooling \- Optimize cloud resource utilization and manage cost governance \- Design networking, security groups, IAM policies, and access controls \- Support engineering teams with cloud migrations and modernization projects \- Build runbooks and disaster recovery procedures for critical systems **Required Skills \& Qualifications:** \- Deep hands\-on experience with at least one major cloud platform \- Proficiency in Terraform, Pulumi, or AWS CDK for infrastructure provisioning \- Knowledge of networking fundamentals — VPCs, subnets, DNS, load balancers \- Experience with cloud security best practices and compliance frameworks \- Familiarity with Kubernetes, ECS, or serverless compute platforms \- Cloud certification (AWS Solutions Architect, GCP Professional, or equivalent) preferred **Equal Opportunity Employer:** Joveo is an equal opportunity employer.
