Job Description
Cloud DevOps Engineer
12 month contract opportunity, potential to extend.
This is an on-site opportunity.
Five times per week in the downtown Vancouver office.
***KEY SKILLS***
- AWS or GCP
- Kubernetes
- Observability
Desired skills \& experience:
*
Design and implementation experience in multi-cloud environments (GCP \& AWS)
- Architecture and operation of container technologies such as Kubernetes, service-mesh
- Linux system administration, networking and security, ideally in a Cloud environment
- Scripting – Python, Go, Java, JS or similar languages
- Microservices architectures and debugging/investigation techniques
- CI/CD systems such as ArgoCD, Circle-CI etc.
- Infrastructure-as-Code such as Terraform, Ansible, Helm
- Relational and No-SQL database technologies
- Building and deploying pipelines for data flow, processing \& storage
$70 - $75 per hour for an INC consultant
