Clinical Nurse Consultant-International

We support patients globally with expert guidance, education, and care navigation tailored to their unique cultural, medical, and regional contexts. **WIN** is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Consultant with a background in women's health\-including fertility, menopause, maternity, or reproductive endocrinology to provide virtual coaching and advisory services. This is a remote, contract\-based role with flexible scheduling and no employee benefits. **Key Responsibilities** **Patient Coaching Services** * Provide virtual coaching sessions to patients focused on family building and family well\-being topics. * Deliver evidence\-based education aligned with Canadian and international healthcare considerations. * Support patients navigating global family\-building benefits and care pathways. * Maintain availability during pre\-scheduled standby time for patient sessions. **Advisory Services** * Contribute clinical expertise to international program design and enhancement. * Participate in executive, clinical, and customer\-facing meetings as a subject matter expert. * Collaborate cross\-functionally to ensure compliant and culturally appropriate content. **Qualifications** * Current Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing with a Canadian provincial regulatory body. * Minimum five (5\) years of clinical experience in women's health: fertility experience strongly preferred. * Fluency in English AND French Canadian (required). * Experience providing virtual education, coaching, or care navigation services. * Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills. * Ability to work independently in a remote, contract\-based environment. **Compensation** * Competitive per\-session rate for coaching services. * Hourly compensation for advisory and strategic services. * Monthly invoicing; payment within 30 days of invoice approval.
