Pennine Community Mental Health Service – Community MH Clinical Lead Band 7 The Pennine Community Mental Health Service portfolio and service line currently have an opportunity for a Clinical Lead in Community Mental Health Team in Pendle. The successful applicant will have experience of clinical management and clinical oversight of complex cases, and can demonstrate an approach which is aligned with the Trust values. They will be innovative, proactive and be able to work autonomously, with enthusiasm and a “can do” attitude. The post holder will form part of the Community Hubs clinical and management team and will play a fundamental role in driving forward the Pennine Network vision for ongoing service improvement, and significant transformation in our community mental health services. It is expected there will be effective partnership forming and working in the coming months and a proven track record in this area would be beneficial. Supervising and teaching professionals from the multi\-disciplinary teams, qualified and unqualified staff. Working in partnership with service users, carers and other agencies to ensure effectiveness of outcomes. Providing clinical leadership and support to the Team Leader in ensuring a high quality cycle of care. Providing clinical assurances to effective caseload management within community teams.
