Job Description

The Quality Management staff provides infection control oversight throughout the hospital in order to ensure a safe care environment. These dedicated professionals identify, investigate and record data concerning nosocomial or hospital\-acquired infections. They perform quality improvement studies to identify and implement action plans to improve the prevention of nosocomial infections, as well as plan and measure unit rotation to meet The Joint Commission, State and Federal regulations as directed by the Infection Control Committee.
As the Clinical Informaticist RN, you will collaborate with clinical leadership to plan, implement, and evaluate training and education to the clinical staff including electronic charting, clinical workflows, and newly integrated electronic moedules. Conducts ongoing training, needs assessments and provides guidance on the design, scheduling, delivery, and maintenance of skill\-based, multi\-modal training.

**Minimum Qualifications:**
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. Health care or related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or work experience in a clinical setting. Current Hawai‘i RN license. Two (2\) years nursing specialty or related experience.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
Master’s Degree in Nursing or related field. Epic Clinical Informaticists Certificaiton or other EPIC certification. Nursing preceptor experience. EHR charting systems instructor experience.
