We're Hiring: Client Success \& Project Manager (Part-Time, UAE-Based)
Integriti Law is looking for a highly organised and proactive Client Success \& Project Manager to help us deliver an exceptional client experience and coordinate legal matters from onboarding through to completion.
This role is ideal for a lawyer, former lawyer, paralegal, or legal operations professional who enjoys working closely with clients, managing multiple matters, improving processes, and ensuring that projects are delivered smoothly and on time.
You will play a key role in:
- Managing client onboarding and offboarding
- Coordinating active client matters and deadlines
- Acting as a central point of contact between clients, lawyers, regulators, and service providers
- Supporting corporate transactions, company incorporations, UAE market entry projects, and corporate secretarial matters
- Maintaining matter management systems, SOPs, and delivery processes
- Supporting client relationship management and selected business development initiatives
The ideal candidate will have:
- A law degree and prior experience working in a law firm, legal consultancy, or professional services environment
- Experience supporting corporate transactions, M\&A, PE/VC matters, company incorporations, UAE market entry projects, or corporate secretarial matters
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail, initiative, and an ownership mindset
Location: Remote (UAE-based preferred)
Type: Part-time (approximately 60 hours per month)
Compensation: We anticipate an hourly rate in the region of AED 180–220 per hour. Given the unique nature of this role, we are open to discussing alternative compensation models for exceptional candidates.
