Client Success Executive/ BPO (telesales)

We’re looking for a Client Success Executive who will be the bridge between our clients and our internal teams, ensuring every client feels valued, supported, and successful in working with us. What You’ll Do: * Be the primary contact for clients, offering proactive support and ensuring they’re satisfied at every step. * Build strong, lasting relationships by understanding clients’ business goals and cost estimation requirements. * Regularly check in with clients to address concerns, resolve issues, and maintain trust. * Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless start to their journey with us. * Provide expert guidance on cost estimation strategies, timelines, and expectations. * Collaborate closely with internal teams to make sure deliverables are accurate, timely, and aligned with client needs. * Track client projects to ensure smooth progress and effective communication throughout. * Act quickly to resolve challenges, coordinating with relevant teams as needed. * Gather client feedback to identify service improvement opportunities. * Share insights and suggestions with the Client Success Manager and other teams to enhance the overall client experience. * Recommend product or service enhancements based on client feedback and industry best practices. What We’re Looking For: * 1–2 years of experience in client success, account management, or customer support (experience in consulting or service\-based industries preferred). * Background in cost estimation, construction, or related industries is a plus. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Excellent organizational and time\-management abilities. * Comfortable handling multiple clients and projects at once.
