The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in resolving client inquiries and coordinating with various internal teams to guarantee seamless service delivery. With excellent communication skills and a strong aptitude for presentation, the candidate will also be responsible for preparing and delivering impactful PowerPoint presentations that communicate service updates and value propositions clearly. Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing their needs professionally, efficiently, and with a client-first approach.
- Manage and resolve client inquiries by collaborating with internal departments to provide timely and effective solutions.
- Prepare, design, and deliver clear and engaging PowerPoint presentations to communicate service updates, new offerings, and value propositions effectively.
- Maintain and enhance client relationships through constant communication, feedback gathering, and service optimization.
- Coordinate across multiple internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Utilize excellent problem-solving skills to handle client concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive client experience.
- Develop a deep understanding of company products and services to guide clients accurately and confidently.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer experience and contribute to client retention strategies.
- Document client interactions and service issues accurately for record-keeping and performance analysis.
