**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**
Join Cartier as a Client Service Associate and play a key role in delivering a seamless after\-sales experience. As an ambassador of the Maison, you will support clients throughout their service journey, ensuring every interaction reflects Cartier’s standards of excellence.
As a UAE National, this role offers the opportunity to gain hands\-on experience within a global luxury environment, working closely with experienced teams and engaging with a diverse clientele.
**WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?**
* Provide exceptional after\-sales service and support to clients
* Act as the main point of contact for service\-related inquiries
* Guide clients through repair and service processes with clarity and care
* Monitor service files and ensure timely follow\-up and communication
* Support the boutique and watchmaker in delivering a smooth service experience
* Contribute to client satisfaction and after\-sales performance
**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?**
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in client service (luxury is a plus)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
* Interest in jewellery, watches, and after\-sales service
* Comfortable using systems and tools (MS Office, CRM)
* Fluency in English (Arabic or French is a plus)
**PART\-TIME CONTRACT**
Part\-time permanent role with a structured compensation package, including commission and bonus.
