**Client Relations Officer**
based in
**Abu Dhabi**

**Job Summary**
The Client Relations Officer introduces, supports and maintains a strong relationship with GlobeMed Gulf's clients providing them with excellent customer service, training and solutions. He/She acts as the interlocutor between risk\-carriers and GML.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
* Secure a high\-level of customer satisfaction to the clients through daily interactions.
* Support guarantors in solving their standard requests and complaints related to system utilization, reports and benefits.
* Make sure that the complaints are addressed promptly and performance improvement plans are set in place.
* Assist clients in providing them with quotations for new groups.
* Conduct assessments on guarantors' daily requests to determine their training needs on various issues such as GML's portals, policy provision and others.
* Issue a variety of reports to monitor the performance of clients and determine action to take based on report outcomes.
* Assure that all terms and conditions of contractual agreements are well coordinated and applied, while maintaining a high knowledge of guarantors' workflows.
* Set and deploy contract renewal action plans.
* Implement non\-standard policies.
* Conduct regular visits to guarantors with his/her unit staff to carry out service\-level meetings, issue visit reports and then to follow\-up on the execution of adopted resolutions taken.
* Liaise all internal functions and processes for their guarantors in addition keeping all related data confidential.
* Keep accounts information in relevant files and databases.
* Provide the Client Relations Manager with marketing intelligence reports.
**Qualification**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
**Experience/Knowledge**
* Experience in marketing or insurance experience, preferably with customer service emphasis.
