PKR 300k–1.5M/month. On-site. Karachi + GCC.

seriously good communicators.
Our
lead flow is stacked.
We have clients. We have projects. We have strong engineering teams.
What we need more of are engineers who can get on a call with a client, understand what they actually need, earn their trust, and turn the conversation into execution.
You’ll:
→ Lead discovery calls
→ Run client syncs + weekly standups
→ Understand requirements
→ Turn them into technical execution
→ Delegate work across engineers
→ Review output
→ Build when needed
→ Own the client relationship
You need to be
technically excellent.
You need
presence. Judgment. Communication. Ownership.
You’ll work directly with clients and get
senior management mentorship
along the way.
And if you’re exceptional,
we’re prepared to pay accordingly.
