Civil Project Engineer

Company Description A well established top interior design company based in Abu Dhabi is looking for an experienced Civil project engineer for its operations. With over a decade of experience, we specializes in total turnkey interior fit\-out solutions for corporate offices, government offices, healthcare, hospitality, and retail shops. An interior fit\-out project engineer's responsibilities include planning and executing projects from start to finish, managing day\-to\-day site activities, coordinating with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met. They are also responsible for managing budgets, creating project documentation like reports and schedules, and resolving technical issues on\-site.  Key Responsibilities: * Plan, execute, and monitor interior fit\-out projects from inception to completion. * Must have very strong knowledge about finishing works. * Review and interpret drawings, BOQs, and specifications. * Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams to ensure smooth workflow. * Manage site activities, ensuring compliance with project timelines and quality standards. * Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to safety and quality regulations. * Prepare progress reports, schedules, and site documentation. * Support project manager in cost estimation, material approval, and subcontractor management. * Liaise with clients, consultants, and vendors to resolve technical and site\-related issues. Requirements: * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering * Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in interior fit\-out projects (corporate, retail, or hospitality sectors preferred) as project civil engineer. * Only candidates who can join immediately need apply. * Candidates who are registered in Abu Dhabi Municipality as resident engineers need only apply * Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and construction methods. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools. * Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills. * Ability to handle multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
