Civil Litigation Attorney

Eternity Advocates is looking for Civil Litigation Attorneys in Sweden for part-time, case-by-case remote cooperation.

We are seeking qualified civil litigation attorney in Sweden for flexible cooperation on legal matters.

🔹 What you will do :

• Provide legal advice under Swedish civil law within litigation matters
• Represent or support clients in civil disputes, including pre-trial and court proceedings
• Draft and review procedural documents, claims, statements of defense, and legal opinions
• Develop litigation strategies and assess legal risks in ongoing disputes
• Handle matters such as contract disputes, debt recovery, liability claims, and enforcement issues
• Communicate with counterparties, courts, and relevant authorities when required

🔹 What we are looking for:

• Qualified attorney in Sweden with active Bar membership
• 3+ years of experience in civil litigation or dispute resolution
• Strong background in civil court proceedings
• Experience with cross-border or international disputes is an advantage
• Solid understanding of Swedish civil procedure and court practice
• Ability to work independently on assigned cases
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and responsibility
• English proficiency (upper-intermediate or higher)
