**Job Description** SECTION I: BASIC INFORMATION Job Family Execution Role Sr. Engineer\- Execution **Reporting To** Project Lead / Tower In\-Charge Workplace Classification Site SECTION II: ROLE SUMMARY (Purpose of the Role) The Senior Engineer – Execution is responsible for supervising and coordinating day\-to\-day construction activities at site to ensure execution as per drawings, specifications, quality standards and timelines. The role supports the Project Lead and Tower In\-Charge in achieving project delivery objectives. SECTION III: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES Financial / Functional Perspective * Control execution costs and minimize rework and wastage * Support productivity improvement and resource optimization * Assist in achieving billing and milestone targets * Monitor material consumption and site inventories Customer Perspective * Ensure execution as per committed timelines and quality standards * Coordinate with consultants and clients for inspections * Resolve site\-level technical and execution issues * Enhance stakeholder confidence through disciplined supervision . Internal Process Perspective * Supervise day\-to\-day construction activities * Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications and safety norms * Coordinate with planning, QA/QC, safety and MEP teams * Monitor contractor manpower and productivity * Prepare daily progress and inspection reports * Support testing, commissioning and handover activities * Maintain construction documentation and records Learning \& Growth / Developmental Perspective * Develop advanced technical and site management skill * Mentor junior engineers and supervisors * Promote safety culture and quality awareness * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives SECTION V: KNOWLEDGE \& EXPERIENCE KNOWLEDGE **Minimum Qualifications** * Engineering Degree Language Skills * English * National (Preferred) * Regional (Desirable) **Experience** Years of Experience * 5–10 years in construction execution Nature of **Experience** * Experience in residential building execution from top contractor companies, contractor coordination, quality and safety systems, and stakeholder interaction. * Candidate should have experience from top contractor companies
