Working hours are from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM PST, aligned with our head office operations in Sydney.  As a Civil Engineer at WBS Engineers, you will be directly involved in the tendering and project support process. This includes cost estimation, preparation of pricing schedules, document management, proposal writing, and supplier coordination. You will work closely with the Sydney\-based engineering team and gain hands\-on experience across the full tender and delivery lifecycle.  **Key Responsibilities** * Analyze tender documents, RFT packages, and project requirements to conduct detailed estimation process. * Lead the cost estimation process, perform detailed quantity take\-offs, pricing schedules, clarification handling, and final submission. * Prepare technical and financial proposals aligned with client expectations. * Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes and support procurement negotiations. * Identify project risks and propose cost\-effective, value\-engineered alternatives. * Maintain accurate project documentation and support internal systems. * Communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth project execution. * Maintain professional behavior in all internal and external interactions. **What We Look For** At WBS Engineers, we value individuals who combine technical capability with integrity, accountability, and a strong work ethic.
