Civil Engineer

We are currently looking for a qualified **Civil Engineer (G\+4\)** to join our team in Dubai. Key Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. • Must hold valid Dubai Municipality accreditation/certification • Mandatory classification: **G\+4** • Proven experience in construction, fit\-out, and project supervision within the UAE • Strong understanding of Dubai Municipality regulations, authority approvals, and compliance procedures • Ability to coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and government authorities • Excellent project management and site supervision skills • Strong communication and problem\-solving abilities • Immediate availability is highly preferred Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and manage construction and fit\-out projects in compliance with Dubai Municipality standards and regulations • Coordinate site activities and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications • Handle authority submissions, approvals, inspections, and related documentation • Monitor project progress, quality control, and safety compliance on\-site • Liaise with project stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution • Ensure timelines and technical standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle • Support engineering and operational teams with technical expertise and project coordination If you meet the above requirements, please send your CV along with your Dubai Municipality accreditation details via LinkedIn or WhatsApp: \+971 58 515 5190
