Job Description
**Key Responsibilties** * Oversee project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of civil works in line with approved schedules and budgets. * Coordinate with cross\-functional teams (Engineering, Manufacturing, EHS, Procurement, Contractors, and Consultants). * Manage contractors and vendors, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and statutory requirements. * Ensure adherence to EHS norms, quality standards, and company policies at all project sites. * Review and approve design drawings, BOQs, method statements, and construction schedules. * Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to ensure timely delivery. * Support plant expansion, new line installations, and brownfield/greenfield civil projects. **Qualification \& Experience:** * Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (mandatory). * 8–12 years (B8\) / 10–15 years (B9\) of relevant experience in civil construction projects. * Mandatory experience in automotive manufacturing plants (OEM / Tier\-1 preferred). * Strong exposure to industrial buildings, RCC structures, foundations, utilities, and infrastructure projects. **Key Skills \& Competencies:** * Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills. * Sound knowledge of construction methodologies, quality systems, and EHS practices. * Ability to manage multiple contractors and complex project interfaces. * Good communication, reporting, and leadership capabilities.
