**Civil Engineer – Land Development \& Municipal Engineering** 📍 Edmonton, AB A leading multi\-disciplinary consulting firm is seeking a **Civil Engineer** to join their growing Edmonton team, with a strong focus on **land development and municipal infrastructure projects** . This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a wide range of urban development initiatives, including subdivisions, servicing design, and municipal infrastructure upgrades, while working within a collaborative and technically strong engineering environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and support civil design for **land development and municipal infrastructure projects** * Prepare engineering drawings, reports, and design specifications * Complete stormwater, sanitary, and water distribution system design * Support subdivision design, grading, and servicing layouts * Coordinate with municipalities, utility providers, and other stakeholders * Assist with approvals, permitting, and regulatory submissions (City of Edmonton and surrounding municipalities) * Conduct site visits and provide construction support / contract administration * Collaborate with multi\-disciplinary teams including planners, surveyors, and environmental professionals **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent) * Eligible for registration as a P.Eng. in Alberta (APEGA) or currently registered * **Must have local Edmonton / Alberta land development experience** * 3–10\+ years of civil engineering experience (EIT through Senior level considered) * Strong background in **land development and/or municipal infrastructure design** * Proficiency with Civil 3D or similar design software * Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
