Junior/ Middle Civil Engineer / Project Coordinator – Construction \& Restoration

Quality Connect Construction is looking for a Civil Engineer / Project Coordinator to join our growing construction and restoration team in Ontario.
Position Overview
We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented person to support our Project Managers and Site Managers with:
- Reviewing and interpreting construction drawings.
- Providing technical guidance and support on job sites.
- Reviewing scopes of work and providing recommendations.
- Visiting sites to monitor progress and ensure work follows drawings and requirements.
- Identifying issues and helping find practical solutions.
Most projects are located in the GTA, with occasional travel to surrounding areas.
Requirements

Valid G2 driver's license
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
- Understanding of construction processes.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliable, responsible, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to learn, improve, and take initiative.
Construction experience is preferred, but the most important qualities are the ability to understand drawings, think practically, and support the team in getting projects completed properly.
Opportunity
- Full-time position (salary negotiable based on experience). $50,000- $70,000
