Job Description
**Civil Engineer – Rail (Contract)**
**Location:**
Leeds (Hybrid role with home working and weekly attendance in the office preferred)
**Contract Length:**
4 months plus extension
We’re seeking an experienced
**Civil Engineer**
to support the design of
**rail depots**
(train stabling and maintenance facilities) on Network Rail projects.
**Key Requirements:**
* Proven experience working with
**Network Rail**
and their standards
* Background in traditional civil works:
**piled foundations, concrete**
, and appreciation of superstructure
* Ability to
**check and review civil designs**
* Working knowledge of
**CAD**
* Rail infrastructure experience essential
