Civil Engineer (AutoCAD Specialist) – Town Planning & Structural Design - Sahiwal

Location: Sahiwal (On\-Site) Job Type: Full Time We are looking for a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer with strong AutoCAD expertise who can design complete town/society layouts, create detailed AutoCAD maps, and develop house blueprints and structural designs. The ideal candidate should also be capable of providing cost estimation and project guidance. 🎯 Key Responsibilities: Design complete town/society master plans Create AutoCAD maps including: * Housing Society Layouts * Road layouts * Sewerage \& drainage systems * Water supply lines * Plot divisions Develop house blueprints (2D \& 3D) Provide structural design guidance Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and cost estimates Ensure designs comply with local building regulations Collaborate with team for planning and revisions * 🛠️ Required Skills: Strong expertise in AutoCAD (2D \& 3D) * Knowledge of town planning \& infrastructure design * Experience in structural design \& house planning * Ability to prepare cost estimations * Familiarity with local construction bylaws (Pakistan preferred) * Good communication and problem\-solving skills * 📚 Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering * Experience in housing societies / real estate development projects * Knowledge of tools like: * SketchUp / Revit (plus point) * Excel for BOQ \& costing -
