We're conducting a confidential search for a
**Chief Sales Officer**
on behalf of a market\-leading, high\-growth services organization with enterprise operations across Canada and the United States. This company is widely respected for operational excellence and deep client partnerships — and it's at a pivotal moment in its evolution.
The incoming CSO will join the Executive Leadership Team with full accountability for Canadian revenue performance, go\-to\-market strategy, and the integration of multiple sales portfolios under a single, unified enterprise framework.
**What you'll own:**
* Consolidated revenue, margin, and forecasting across North America
* Integration of Insurance and Commercial sales under one enterprise strategy
* Executive\-level relationships with national and strategic clients
* Sales methodology, CRM governance, and performance culture
* Leadership development and succession for a senior sales team
* Contribution to multi\-year growth, market expansion, and M\&A evaluation
**What you bring:**
* 20\+ years in sales, revenue, or commercial leadership
* 15\+ years leading senior and executive\-level sales teams
* A track record of unifying fragmented sales organizations into disciplined, scalable engines
* Executive presence that lands at the C\-suite level — internally and with clients
* Experience owning national or cross\-border revenue portfolios
Experience in services, restoration, insurance, or construction is an asset. Prior ELT experience and an MBA are valued but not required. Travel across North America up to \~40%.
