Role Description
Seeking an experienced and qualified Certified Accountant to manage the accounting, finance, and taxation functions of its growing small to medium-sized businesses operating in the FMCG and Health Sector (Testing Laboratories).
Ideal Candidate:
- CA / ACCA / CMA or equivalent professional qualification
- 5+ years of relevant accounting and finance experience
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, cash-flow management, and financial controls
- Strong expertise in taxation matters, including income tax, sales tax, withholding tax, tax filings, compliance, assessments, and handling taxation matters with relevant authorities
- Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, healthcare/testing laboratories, and/or import-export businesses will be preferred
- Knowledge of export transactions, banking, L/Cs, foreign remittances, and trade finance will be an advantage
- Strong command of accounting systems, reconciliations, audits, and internal controls
- Ability to manage accounting and financial matters across multiple group companies/business units
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong financial discipline, regulatory and tax compliance, reporting, and internal controls while supporting the continued growth of the Group’s businesses.
