Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role located in Lahore, with some flexibility for remote work. As a Chatbot Developer at Klento, you will design, develop, and deploy chatbot solutions to enhance user engagement and operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include integrating natural language processing (NLP) systems, building conversational experiences, and incorporating machine learning to improve chatbot functionality. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration within the platform, iteratively enhancing system performance and user interaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Chatbot Development, with experience in designing conversational interfaces and workflows.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and frameworks.
- Proficient in Programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar for implementing chatbot functionalities.
- Experience in Software Development, including building, testing, and deploying software solutions.
- Knowledge of Machine Learning models and their application in enhancing chatbot performance.
- Familiarity with chatbot development platforms like Dialogflow, Rasa, or Microsoft Bot Framework.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with a team-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience working on AI-driven platforms or applications is a plus.
