As a Chat Support Representative, you will engage with clients via live chat to provide timely and accurate support. Daily responsibilities include addressing client inquiries, troubleshooting technical or procedural issues, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will also document interactions, escalate complex issues when necessary, and contribute to improving the client experience through proactive communication. **Qualifications** * Customer Support and Communication skills, ensuring clear and professional interaction with clients. * Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting expertise to identify, assess, and resolve client concerns effectively. * Technical Support knowledge relevant to chat and communication tools. * Attention to detail and organizational skills to handle multiple interactions simultaneously. * Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential. * Ability to work efficiently during night shifts and in an on\-site environment. * Prior customer service or chat support experience is a plus
