**Chat Support Executives (Non\-Voice)**
for our international customer support operations. The role involves handling customer queries through chat, email, and ticketing systems while ensuring high\-quality service and professional communication.
**Eligibility Criteria**
**Applicants Must Meet The Following Requirements**
* Minimum 6 months experience in Chat / Non\-Voice BPO
* Strong written and verbal English communication skills
* Minimum Intermediate qualification (A\-Level preferred)
* Typing speed of 45 WPM (90% accuracy)
* Willingness to work in rotational shifts (morning/evening/night)
* Basic understanding of e\-commerce operations
