**Chat Support Agent – Remote**
Location: Remote (UK\-based preferred)
Salary: £10 – £14 per hour (£20,000 – £28,000 equivalent)
Job Type: Full\-Time / Part\-Time / Shift\-Based

**About the Role:**
As a Chat Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance via live chat and messaging platforms.
You will be responsible for resolving queries efficiently, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, and ensuring all interactions reflect the company’s service standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Respond to customer queries via live chat in a timely and professional manner
* Handle multiple conversations while maintaining accuracy and quality
* Resolve issues related to products, services, and account queries
* Escalate complex issues to relevant teams when required
* Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
* Follow internal processes and service guidelines
* Contribute to improving customer support workflows
**What We’re Looking For:**
* Previous experience in customer support or chat\-based roles
* Strong written communication skills with clear and professional tone

* Good problem\-solving skills and attention to detail
* Comfortable using chat systems and CRM tools
* Reliable, self\-motivated, and able to work independently
