Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Account Manager role based in Karachi Division. The Sales Account Manager will manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts, with a focus on TPM and multi-vendor IT infrastructure services. Responsibilities include identifying and qualifying new leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating contracts in alignment with company policies. The role involves maintaining regular contact with key stakeholders, monitoring customer satisfaction, and coordinating with technical and service delivery teams to ensure commitments are met. The Sales Account Manager will also track sales performance, update CRM records, and provide market feedback to support pricing, product, and service strategy.
Qualifications
- Strong account management and customer satisfaction skills, with experience building long-term, trust-based relationships.
- Proven ability in lead generation, prospecting, and sales pipeline development within B2B or technology services environments.
- Customer service and client support skills, including handling escalations and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts in clear business terms.
- Experience in IT services, data center infrastructure, or TPM/MVS solutions is highly desirable.
- Comfort working with targets, KPIs, and CRM tools to manage opportunities and forecast revenue.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Karachi Division, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and travel to client locations as needed.
