**Sales \& Account Manager (London)**
**3 Days Per Week (60% FTE) – £35,000 Pro Rata**
**Location: London (Field\-Based)**
**£35,000 FTE (£21,000 pro rata) \+ growth opportunity**

**About Deux Six Wines Ltd**
Deux Six Wines is a specialist importer of grower champagne, supplying leading restaurants, wine bars and retailers. We focus exclusively on high\-quality, terroir\-driven producers and build long\-term relationships with both our growers and our customers.
We operate with a consultative, quality\-first approach and work closely with sommeliers, buyers, and hospitality operators who value authenticity and craftsmanship.
We are now looking for a commercially driven, well\-connected Sales \& Account Manager to accelerate our growth in London.
**The Role**
This is a
**3\-day\-per\-week field sales role**
focused primarily on driving new on\-trade business across London, while maintaining and developing selected existing accounts.
**Option for 2 days a week is available.**
You will:
* Proactively open new on\-trade accounts (restaurants, wine bars, premium hospitality)
* Develop selected off\-trade relationships where strategically appropriate
* Conduct in\-person sales meetings and tastings
* Utilise samples in a disciplined, commercially intelligent manner
* Build long\-term relationships with sommeliers, buyers, and operators
* Represent the brand at trade events and tastings
* Manage pipeline, follow\-ups, and reporting
* Create and generate your own leads in line with our marketing strategy
* Identify upselling and range\-extension opportunities
* Provide training to sommelier and wine buying teams where relevant
**Who This Is Ideal For**
This role is intentionally structured for:
* An existing sommelier
* A wine consultant
* A hospitality professional transitioning into sales
* A wine industry freelancer seeking structured commercial involvement
You must already have:
* A strong network within the London on\-trade
* Existing relationships with sommeliers and buyers
* Commercial awareness and confidence in opening accounts
* A genuine passion for Champagne
* A desire to deepen technical and regional knowledge
Formal qualifications (WSET, CMS, etc.) are welcomed but secondary to commercial ability, existing network and relationship building.
**What We’re Looking For**
* Proven ability to generate new business
* Confidence presenting and tasting with decision\-makers
* Strong understanding of champagne styles and grower philosophy
* Professional, polished presence in premium hospitality environments
* Organised, self\-motivated, and accountable
* Comfortable working independently in a field\-based role
* Based in London
**Tools \& Support Provided**
You will be fully equipped to operate professionally in the field:
* iPad for presentations and CRM
* Printed portfolio materials
* Business cards
* Structured sample allocation
* Refrigerated carry case
* Dedicated admin time
* Strategic sales direction and target guidance
* Direct access to founders for mentoring and support
This is a supported role but one requiring autonomy and drive.
**Commercial Expectations**
This role is structured around measurable commercial performance.
You will be expected to:
* Open new quality on\-trade accounts consistently
* Build depth within accounts
* Represent the brand with credibility and authority
* Deliver tangible revenue growth
We are looking for someone who understands that sales performance underpins long\-term opportunity and account development to build long standing relationships.
**Package**
* £35,000 FTE (£21,000 pro rata for 3 days per week)
