Strong Python; opinions on agent frameworks, experience integrating production AI systems into enterprise IT environments. Monthly US travel to a major metro. End-to-end ownership of individual capability agents — prompts, tools, retrieval, evals, monitoring, and interface contracts. 3–5 yrs strong Python, real production LLM API experience, shipped multiple systems end-to-end. FTE or 1099 contract ~30–40 hrs/wk.
