Call Centre Agents

in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information regarding insurance products, services, and policies.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and customer-centric manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates within internal systems.
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Escalate complex cases to relevant departments when required and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Adhere to internal service standards, operational procedures, and quality guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support seamless customer experiences.

Key Requirements:

  • Emirati with a FamiIy Book (Emiratisation role) – mandatory
  • High School, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree holders are welcome to apply.
  • Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Previous customer service or call centre experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
  • Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and willingness to learn and develop.
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently.
