Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Provide accurate information regarding insurance products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and customer-centric manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates within internal systems.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Escalate complex cases to relevant departments when required and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Adhere to internal service standards, operational procedures, and quality guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support seamless customer experiences.
Key Requirements:
- Emirati with a FamiIy Book (Emiratisation role) – mandatory
- High School, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree holders are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Previous customer service or call centre experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and willingness to learn and develop.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently.
