The Call Agent will handle incoming and outgoing calls, address customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues professionally. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate customer records, assisting with order placements, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Additionally, you will support the sales team by identifying potential leads and following up with clients to foster long\-term relationships. **Qualifications** * Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills * Customer service and problem\-solving skills * Strong organizational and time\-management abilities * Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office and CRM tools * Team collaboration and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast\-paced, on\-site environment in Karāchi * Previous experience in customer support, sales, or call center roles is a plus * High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree is an advantage * Multilingual capabilities are a bonus
