Role Description The Call Agent role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The Call Agent will handle incoming and outgoing calls to support customers, distributors, and partners with product information, order status, and basic troubleshooting. Daily tasks include responding to inquiries in a professional manner, documenting call details, updating customer records in internal systems, and following up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction. The role also involves coordinating with sales, logistics, and service teams, sharing relevant customer feedback, and adhering to company communication standards and procedures. The Call Agent is expected to meet performance targets related to call quality, response times, and customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills, with clear and polite telephone etiquette.
- Customer service capabilities including problem-solving, conflict resolution, and a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Basic computer literacy, including use of CRM or call management software, email, and office applications.
- Organizational skills such as attention to detail, accurate data entry, and ability to manage multiple calls and tasks.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales, logistics, and service teams, and follow defined processes and scripts.
- Fluency in English and Hindi; additional regional languages are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a call center, customer support, or inside sales environment, preferably in healthcare or medical devices, is a plus.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; a graduate degree in any discipline is beneficial.
