**Job Title:** Business Development Manager \- Renewables / Construction **Location:** Cheadle, SK8 **Salary:** £40,000\-£50,000 PA \+ Car allowance and Commision Scheme **Job Type:** Permanent, Full Time **Working hours:** 9\-5pm/8\-4pm (flexible) 40 hours per week Zero Carbon Group are looking for an experienced, driven and organised Business Development manager to join their team in Cheadle. **About the company:** At Zero Carbon Group, the mission is clear: to lead the charge towards a carbon\-free future. Services will take an ‘insulation\-first approach including External Wall Insulation and, where appropriate, Internal Wall Insulation, Loft Insulation and other insulation systems. **Job Description** * Expanding our client base, identifying new revenue opportunities, and driving the growth of our services in the renewable energy solutions space * Follow up on leads and enquiries received from both internal and external sources * delivery of annual targeted new business sales revenue whilst increasing the spend of existing contracts – achieving significant growth year\-on\-year * Prepare and manage weekly business development reports and updates * Support and ensure teams develop good relationships through existing clients by exceeding expectations – leading to renewals. * Travel on adhoc basis, client meetings, marketing events. **The Successful Candidate Should Have / Be:** * 3\+ years experience in sales within **renewables**/construction. * Contacts within tier 1 contractors or public sector (local government/councils/housing associations). * Experience within retrofit/renewable projects would be **preferred** * UK driving licence **What’s it like to work for Zero Carbon Group?** **How does this sound:** * £40,000\-£50,000 salary * **25 days holiday \+ bank holidays** * Car allowance or company car scheme * **Commission scheme** * Pension scheme * **Learning and development programs, training and further opportunities** So, if you would like to join this growing team\- please apply today!
