Business Development Manager
Jubilee Family Takaful – Bahadurabad Branch
Position Overview
Jubilee Family Takaful is seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and motivated Business Development Manager to join our Bahadurabad Branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing client relationships, expanding the customer base, and leading business development initiatives in line with the organization's objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients.
- Promote and market Jubilee Family Takaful products and services.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and financial needs analyses.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market penetration.
- Recruit, train, and support Takaful Consultants where required.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and client retention.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Graduate (Bachelor’s Degree) from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in insurance, takaful, banking, financial services, FMCG, telecommunications, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve assigned targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools.
- Leadership and team management skills will be considered an advantage.
