Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven
Business Development Manager (BDM)
to drive corporate sales, business growth, and strategic partnerships for our hospitality operations in Islamabad. The ideal candidate must possess
5-7+ years of experience in international hotel brands
with a strong network in the corporate, travel, and hospitality sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve room revenue and business targets.
- Identify and secure new corporate accounts, government contracts, travel agents, and business partners.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders.
- Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, and presentations.
- Negotiate corporate agreements and commercial terms.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with Operations and Reservations teams to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and revenue analysis.
- Represent the hotel at networking events, exhibitions, and industry forums.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

Minimum 5-7 years of sales/business development experience in international hotel chains.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong corporate networking and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel sales systems/CRM platforms.
- Ability to travel and manage key accounts across Islamabad and surrounding regions.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in renowned international hotel brands and an established corporate client portfolio will be highly preferred.
