We are expanding our team and looking for motivated individuals who can deliver excellent communication and customer service. **Job Description** We are hiring Sales representative to handle warm leads only — no cold calling and no sales targets. This role is perfect for candidates with strong communication and negotiation skills. Freshers are welcome and full training will be provided. **Responsibilities** • Handle warm leads provided by the company • Explain services, pricing, and booking details to customers • Convert leads to successful bookings • Maintain follow\-ups and ensure smooth deal closure • Record call details and update booking information in the system • Deliver professional and courteous customer service **Requirements** • Excellent communication skills (English preferred) • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities • Ability to handle inbound/outbound calls confidently • Positive attitude and willingness to learn • Freshers are encouraged to apply • Training will be provided **Salary \& Benefits** Market competitive salary Uncapped commission (earn as much as you perform) Warm leads provided by the company Professional working environment Growth opportunities in a US\-based logistics company
