Our services span IT consulting, workforce strategy, staff augmentation, governance and risk advisory, and strategic business solutions across North America. As Lioness continues to grow, we are looking for a driven and relationship\-focused Business Development Manager / Account Manager to help expand client relationships, support strategic growth initiatives, and contribute directly to revenue generation. Role Description This is a remote role for a highly motivated individual who thrives in relationship\-driven environments and enjoys building business opportunities from the ground up. The successful candidate will be responsible for: * Building and managing client relationships * Attending and leading client meetings * Identifying workforce and consulting opportunities * Supporting business development and pipeline growth * Working closely with recruiting and delivery teams * Managing follow\-up activity and ongoing client engagement * Supporting MSP/VMS and direct\-client opportunities where applicable * Helping drive strategic growth across Lioness service offerings This role is ideal for someone with experience in staffing, workforce solutions, IT consulting, recruitment sales, or B2B relationship management. Qualifications * Strong communication and relationship\-building skills * Experience in business development, account management, staffing, or consulting sales * Ability to manage and grow client relationships * Comfortable operating in a fast\-paced entrepreneurial environment * Strong organizational and follow\-up skills * Self\-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting * Experience with CRM platforms and workforce solutions tools is considered an asset * Previous experience in IT staffing, consulting, MSP/VMS environments, or workforce solutions is highly preferred Compensation This opportunity currently offers performance\-based compensation with strong upside potential tied directly to business growth and account success.
