The Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and operational performance of BRT systems. Daily tasks include supervising project implementation, ensuring compliance with technical standards, evaluating operational frameworks, and collaborating with stakeholders to optimize infrastructure and service efficiency. The role also entails problem\-solving, data analysis, and reporting related to the BRT system's infrastructure and operations. **Qualifications** * Experience in transportation systems, infrastructure planning, and BRT network design * Technical expertise in project supervision, system optimization, and operational performance evaluation * Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and data interpretation skills * Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and manage multidisciplinary teams * Proficiency in software and tools related to urban or transport planning * Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements in public transportation * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field; advanced degree preferred * Previous experience in BRT projects or public transit systems is an advantage * Excellent communication and report\-writing skills in English
