Job Description
Hôtel Reisen, part of The Unbound Collection by Hyatt, is a historic waterfront hotel in Stockholm’s Old Town dating back to 1617\. We blend modern luxury with deep\-rooted heritage, offering our guests premium accommodations, Restaurant Reiss, an intimate spa, and a vibrant jazz bar.
**THE ROLE:**
We are looking for a hands\-on, service\-driven Breakfast Manager to lead our morning team. In this role, you’ll set the tone for our guests' day, ensuring everything from the buffet presentation to the morning welcome is seamless. You will manage daily operations, lead the front\-of\-house team, and collaborate closely with our Breakfast Chef and F\&B management to deliver an exceptional morning experience.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Team Leadership: recruit, onboard, schedule, and develop the breakfast team while maintaining a positive work environment and respecting Swedish labor laws.
* Daily Operations: lead breakfast shifts from the floor, engaging with guests and handling special dietary needs or feedback.
* Quality \& Presentation: oversee the daily setup and replenishment of the buffet to ensure freshness and high visual standards.
* Stock \& Costs: manage inventory, place vendor orders, minimize waste, and keep operations aligned with our budget.
* Compliance: maintain strict compliance with hygiene, HACCP, and food safety regulations, alongside Hyatt brand standards.
**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:**
* Previous supervisory or management experience in hotel breakfast, restaurant, or F\&B operations (a luxury or boutique hotel background is a plus).
* A natural leader who genuinely loves hospitality and thrives in early morning environments.
* Solid organizational skills with experience in inventory, scheduling, and cost control.
* Fluency in English; Swedish is a strong advantage.
* Familiarity with POS systems and scheduling software.
* Valid eligibility to work in Sweden.
