Job Description
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Maintain accurate branch\-level financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
* Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports to head office.
* Oversee cash handling procedures, ensuring daily cash reconciliation and timely bank deposits.
* Support inventory management through monthly stock reconciliations and cost tracking.
* Monitor branch expenses, identify cost\-saving opportunities, and flag unusual variances.
* Ensure compliance with tax regulations, internal policies, and financial controls.
* Process supplier invoices and ensure timely payments in coordination with procurement and operations teams.
* Manage customer accounts, monitor credit limits, and follow up on overdue balances.
* Assist in internal/external audits and ensure proper documentation of all transactions.
* Coordinate closely with the branch manager and head office finance team for budgeting and forecasting.

Pay: Rs25,000\.00 \- Rs35,000\.00 per month
