The selected candidate will develop and manage Building Information Models (BIM), create construction drawings, and coordinate with the project team on MEP designs. Responsibilities include preparing architectural and engineering plans, integrating civil engineering designs, and ensuring adherence to technical specifications and standards. **Qualifications** * Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Construction Drawings * Expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems design and coordination * Knowledge of Architecture and Civil Engineering principles * Strong technical understanding of design software and drafting tools * Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively as part of a * Bachelor’s degree * Previous experience in MEP projects is highly desirable
