BIM Engineer

Job Description : BIM Engineer / BIM Modeler

Location: Remote / Pakistan

Project Overview:

We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented BIM Engineer / BIM Modeler to join our team. The main goal is to convert 2D design drawings into a high-quality, fully coordinated 3D BIM model to optimize construction costs and prevent on-site errors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create accurate 3D BIM models based on 2D drawings (DWG/PDF format).
• Develop models across three main disciplines: Architectural (AR), Structural (KR), and MEP/Utilities (IOS).
• Maintain the required Level of Development (LOD 300 / LOD 350).
• Perform Clash Detection (identify conflicts between structural elements and utility pipelines) and generate clash reports.
• Extract accurate Material Take-offs (MTO) and bills of quantities from the BIM model.
• Make necessary model updates and revisions based on project changes.

Requirements \& Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a BIM Modeler or BIM Engineer on residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
• Expert knowledge of Autodesk Revit and Autodesk Navisworks (knowledge of Bentley systems or specialized cost-estimation software is a plus).
• Strong ability to read and interpret 2D engineering and architectural blueprints.
• Experience in clash resolution and multi-disciplinary coordination.
• Good communication skills in English (written) to coordinate with the project team.
• Ability to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
