Senior Backend Engineer

Location: Stockholm, Sweden (Hybrid 2-3 Days Onsite)

Permanent – Full Time Role

Must-Have Skills

• Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering Physics, Mathematics, or similar

• 5+ years of backend development experience

• Strong backend development experience with Go, Java, Kotlin, Python, or similar

• Experience with Kubernetes

• Experience with Docker / container-based infrastructure

• Experience in cloud environments – AWS, GCP, or Azure

• Experience with distributed systems and microservices

• Experience with CI/CD

• Strong DevOps experience

• Strong problem-solving and technical skills

• Experience working in Agile teams and DevOps culture

• Technical curiosity and collaborative mindset

Preferred / Additional Skills

• Experience with AI/ML

• Experience working in modern technology companies, product companies, or scale-ups

• Experience in fast-paced, highly technical environments

• Strong technical educational background

• Experience designing technical solutions / architecture
