Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and driven B2B Sales Manager to lead and scale our corporate sales function within the UAE business setup and company formation space. This role is ideal for someone with a strong network, proven revenue track record, and the ability to build and manage high\-performing sales pipelines through channel partnerships and manage a sales team
Key Responsibilities
* Drive B2B sales strategy focused on acquiring corporate clients, SMEs, and institutional partners for business setup services
* Develop and manage a strong pipeline of channel partners, including consultants, agencies, and referral networks
* Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market reach and revenue
* Build and maintain long\-term relationships with key corporate clients and stakeholders
* Lead negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract closures with B2B clients
* Work closely with internal teams (operations, marketing, compliance) to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery
* Track and report sales performance, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts using CRM systems
* Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Requirements
* Minimum 5–8 years of B2B sales experience within UAE corporate services / business setup / free zone environment
* Strong understanding of UAE licensing, visa processes, and regulatory frameworks
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a B2B sales role
* Established network of channel partners, corporate clients, or business consultants in the UAE
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
* Self\-driven, target\-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast\-paced environment
* UAE driving license preferred
