Recognized among Pakistan's fastest\-growing AI firms and a multi\-award recipient on Clutch, CodeNinja empowers over 250 clients worldwide to innovate, automate, and compete in the intelligence economy. **About The Role** We're looking for an experienced AWS AI/ML Practice Lead to own technical direction and client delivery of agentic AI solutions built on AWS — from pre\-sales architecture through production deployment. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead technical discovery and whiteboarding sessions, translating business problems into agentic AI architectures on AWS * Design end\-to\-end solution architectures using Bedrock, SageMaker, Step Functions, Lambda, and EventBridge * Build cost models, effort estimates, and technical proposals; support sales team on client calls and RFPs * Own technical delivery of agentic AI engagements from kickoff to production, leading blended engineering teams * Set architecture standards, conduct code reviews, manage technical risk, and enforce CI/CD and IaC best practices * Serve as primary technical point of contact for clients during active engagements * Build reusable reference architectures, accelerators, and PoC assets for agentic AI on AWS * Mentor the AWS CoE team on AI/ML services, agentic design patterns, and production deployment practices **Requirements** * Deep hands\-on experience with Amazon Bedrock (Agents, Knowledge Bases, Guardrails), SageMaker, Lambda, Step Functions, and API Gateway * Strong grasp of agentic design patterns: ReAct loops, multi\-agent delegation, RAG systems, and tool\-use architectures * Experience with AWS data services: OpenSearch Serverless, DynamoDB, S3, Glue, Kinesis * Familiarity with orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph or equivalent) deployed on AWS * Proven background in the AWS partner ecosystem — prior role as Solutions Architect, Principal Consultant, or Practice Lead at an AWS partner firm * Ability to lead client rooms: whiteboard on the spot, handle technical objections, engage both technical and executive stakeholders * Experience leading distributed engineering teams through full delivery lifecycles on AWS * Strong opinions on CI/CD, CDK/Terraform, and observability (CloudWatch, X\-Ray) **Why Join Us** * Build quality systems for real\-world AI\-enabled products, including LLM evaluations and reliability guardrails * Own feature\-level quality end\-to\-end: from test strategy to CI/CD quality gates to production readiness * Work with strong cross\-functional teams across Engineering, Product, and AI stakeholders in an Agile environment * Grow in modern quality engineering practices: observability, automation frameworks, shift\-left testing, and AI evaluation patterns **Disclaimer:** CodeNinja is an equal opportunity employer.
