Attorney | Remote

**Position:** Contracting Attorney **Type:** Hourly contract **Compensation:** $80 \- $105/hour **Location:** Remote **Commitment:** 10–40 hours/week **Role Responsibilities** * Perform simulated contract negotiations and redlining for SaaS agreements. * Evaluate AI\-generated contract suggestions for accuracy, risk, and legal soundness. * Review AI responses to legal scenarios and provide detailed expert feedback. * Collaborate with product and research teams to refine training data and guidelines. * Draft, review, and negotiate technology and SaaS contracts. * Identify legal risks and recommend mitigation strategies in contract workflows. * Contribute to improving AI\-driven contract review systems and processes. **Requirements** * Juris Doctor (JD) with active bar membership in good standing. * Strong experience in SaaS contract review, negotiation, and redlining. * Strong experience in technology transactions and in\-house legal environments. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail. * Strong analytical skills with ability to translate legal expertise into actionable insights. * Ability to work independently in a remote, fast\-paced environment. * Interest in legal technology, AI, and data annotation workflows. **Application Process (Takes 20 Min)** * Easy Apply on LinkedIn * Check email for next steps * Participate in resume evaluation \& interview stage
