- Caseload Management:
Take ownership of an established portfolio of plaintiff-side cases, maintaining the firm’s legacy of successful outcomes and ensuring excellence in client representation.
- Firm Leadership \& Strategy:
Play a key role in the firm’s leadership team - contributing to strategic planning, business development, and the day-to-day management of firm operations.
- Mentorship \& Team Development:
Support the growth of junior attorneys through active mentorship, skills training, and professional guidance - helping shape the next generation of legal talent.
