**Operations Management** * Oversee daily location operations, including opening and closing procedures. * Monitor food preparation, presentation, and quality to meet brand standards. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. * Manage inventory levels and order supplies to prevent shortages or excess. * Troubleshoot operational challenges effectively. **Staff Management** * Train, schedule, and supervise restaurant staff. * Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback for professional growth. * Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. * Handle employee conflicts and resolve issues promptly. **Customer Experience** * Ensure customers have a welcoming, enjoyable dining experience. * Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner. * Monitor online reviews and implement changes based on feedback. **Financial Management** * Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability. * Monitor and analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement. * Develop promotional strategies to increase revenue. **Marketing and Promotion** * Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotions and special events. * Maintain a strong presence on social media and other marketing channels. **Strategic Planning** * Develop and implement strategies for growth and efficiency. * Stay updated on industry trends and integrate innovative practices.
